Railroad Square Music Festival Posted this Gremlintone video #2 a couple days ago, but I have been on "Mountain Time" this past week . I just love this classic swing era song, "I'm Confessin'" It was originally titled "Looking for a Little Sweetie" I like both sets of lyrics! I will post in the comments this awesome version of Lonnie Johnson singing it, and he tells a little story about the song's origin before! I hope you enjoy! Francesco Echo John Courage Thanks to Railroad Square Music Festival, Gremlintone, John Courage, Francesco Echo for making this video happen! This tune “Attendez Que Ma Joie Revienne” was written by Barbara. I hope you enjoy! Neil and I got together to record this tune for a Social Distance Live show on Billie Holiday! Some amazing folks submitted videos, if you haven't already, check it out! New collaboration with my friend Ben Levin from Cincinnati, OH! Ben just released a new album "Carryout or Delivery", check it out! And Follow his page Ben Levin Piano! We were inspired to do this tune 'I'll Never Be Free" written in 1950 from the Annie Laurie and Paul Gayten version - and found a great version with Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Jordan and his Tympany Five along the way! I hope you enjoy! |
